SECTION A INVITATION TO BID F/I Greek Park Landscaping PPD NO. 1039704 BID NO. 14705471
Sealed proposals from Contractors will be received by the University of Georgia Procurement Office, at Room 301, Business Services Building, 424 Broad Street, Athens, Georgia, until 2:00 p.m., Legally prevailing time on March 23, 2010 for the “F/I Greek Park Landscaping” Project for the University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia. At the time and place noted above, the proposals for this project will be publicly opened and read.
Bidding documents are posted below.
Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after time has been called on the date of opening.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid. Both a performance and payment bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price.
