Sealed bids will be received from Contractors by Georgia State University, Representatives of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, owner, at the Purchasing Department, 1 Park Place South, Room 901, Atlanta, Georgia, 30303 until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time on January 6, 2010, for “SPORTS ARENA CURTAINWALL WINDOW REPLACEMENT,” Georgia State University Project Number 008-023-09 (P52311),dated December 3, 2009. At the time and place above, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Tour Will Be held December 11, 2009, at 10:00 A.M., starting from 34 Broad Street, 14th Floor, Sterne Room Atlanta, Georgia 30303. This will be the only site tour, Attendance is "MANDATORY". Bids will not be accepted from Contractors not having registered as attending the Site Tour.
Bidding Documents may be obtained from the State of Georgia Procurement Registry@ www.procurement.state.ga.us under the bid number listed above. All bid envelopes must show the bid number as well as any addendum/addenda and have the words “Sealed Bid” indicated in some manner on the envelope. Bids mailed should be sent to: Georgia State University, P.O. BOX 4016, Purchasing Department, Atlanta, Georgia 30302-4016. General information and addenda notices will be available at: www.procurement.state.ga.us under the bid number listed above.

NOTE: THE UNIVERSITY'S OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED FROM DECEMBER 21, 2009 THRU JANUARY 1, 2010. INQUIRIES SENT DURING THIS TIME PERIOD WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
