How many types of accounts are on BidReach.com?
Two. Bid Seeker and Business. The Bid Seeker account is for users who wants to post a project/job/bid request. The Business Account is for users who want to place bids/quotes/or estimates on the projects that are posted on the site. The Business Account is also for users who want to promote their business online.
What's the difference between account types?
A Bid Seeker Account is for users who want to post work / projects they need done, and a Business Account is for users who want to place Bids / Quotes / Estimates for these projects. A Business Account user is also given a website, instead of a typical profile, where they can showcase their business, add photos and files, and customize the look of their page. All Accounts are Totally FREE!
How can I delete my account?
If you are aboslutely sure that you want to delete your account, you can do so
here. Please note that your account will be permanently deleted and irrecoverable!
How much does it cost to setup an account on BidReach.com?
Nothing. Its TOTALLY FREE! If you need something done, create a Bid Seeker account on BidReach.com, and post as many projects as you need. If you want to bid on projects, you have to setup a Business Account, which has many other advantages!
How do I enter my Business Information?
When you "hover" your mouse over "profile" on the top menu, a drop down box will appear. Click on "Edit Profile Information" to enter information about your business, including what you do, and your business location. You may also enter your website address, and it will link back to your current website!
How do I know if my bid was the winning bid?
You will receive a notification, both in your email, and on the site, that will ask you to confirm that you will complete the project according to your bid form, and for the price stated. Your bids on the site are non bindable, and may be canceled at any time.
Do I have to award the job to a bidder?
No. Bids on BidReach.com are No Obligation, and you are not obligated to award the job to anyone. You may cancel the project at any time, or you may simply let the bid day pass, and do nothing.
Do I have to use the site to pay the bidder?
No. You may complete the transaction offline, on your own. Bids on BidReach.com are non-binding, so you MUST create a seperate contract for the work, outside the site, even if you decide to pay online.
Is my information kept private?
Absolutely. We do not share any personally identifying information about you to any third party. We take privacy very seriously here at BidReach.com.
